Dark roasted and so fresh that the bags would explode if it were not for the hole in the back where the coffee gas can escape.
Organic and fairly good, all the way from bean to cup. Roasted by emigrated Tornedalians, with the roots north of the Arctic Circle where we measure with our fists or a reasonable pile directly from the coffee bag to a boiler over the fire, to ELD by Jokkmokk.

Coffee is tested and judged on taste and quality and gets between 0-100 points - all coffee that gets over 80 points is so-called specialty coffee, specialty coffee - only 5% of the world's coffee belongs there.
ELD Jokkmokk's coffee is one such coffee.

In addition to being very tasty and good, without a bitter aftertaste, it also means that coffee growers get paid fairly for their work, which is not always so common in the coffee industry.
